BUB E CNC Grinding Machine

BUB E CNC is a fully CNC controlled 3-Axis grinding machine with X-Axis (grinding wheel head in-feed), Z-Axis (longitudinal table feed), and C-Axis (grinding wheel peripheral speed).

The BUB E is primarily designed for controlled grinding of cylindrical and conical external surface workpieces using longitudinal or plunge-cut grinding methods. Form grinding and grinding of various transitions among different diameters can be performed. The grinder also allows grinding of face surfaces and cylindrical and conical internal holes using the internal grinding attachments (other version). The workpieces may be clamped between centers or by flying-mode into the chuck. The drive headstock as well as grinding wheel head and upper table may be inclined for grinding cones. It is possible to grind either at the centers or in the flying-mode with the workpiece clamped in the chuck or on the magnetic plate.

The grinding wheel head and table are moved in a line by ball screws and servomotors. The BUB E CNC is designated for workpieces weighing up to 500kg.

BHM 50 2000 CNC Grinding Machine

The BHM Grinder is designed for controlled grinding of cylindrical and conical external surfaces of medium-weight workpieces by use of longitudinal or plunge-cut grinding methods. BHRC Cylindrical Grinder - 5 ton

The BHCR is a fully CNC controlled grinding machine with controlled X-Axis (grinding wheel head in-feed), Z-Axis (longitudinal table feed), controlled C-Axis (grinding wheel peripheral speed), and controlled B-Axis that can be equipped with up to 3 grinding tools which enables very high productivity.

Designed primarily for CNC controlled grinding performed on external cylindrical surfaces of various diameters, and their adjoining face areas and radiuses, including automatic dressing by the CNC dresser, and stabilization via the CNC system. The machine can be equipped with automatic balancing system, in-process gauge, axial probe, super finish attachment, automatic (electric) rests, XZ ruler etc.

The BHCR can perform grinding with longitudinal feed and a moving table, plunge-cut grinding with a fixed or oscillating table, grinding in the cycle of plunge-cut,and longitudinal grinding.

The grinding wheel head feed-in and table carriage are driven by servomotors and ball screws. The BHCR center grinding machine represents a very stable and accurate machine that can be used for a series production applications, including single-part production for workpieces up to 4000 kg. 5000kg optional.
