COMPACT MARKING AND ENGRAVING SYSTEM WITH ULTRASHORT FIBER LASER SOURCE
CSP PICO is a laser marking and engraving system that combines the qualities of an ultrashort pulse fibre laser in a very compact machine. At only 70 cm wide, CSP PICO can pass through standard-width doors and fit into lifts with adequate capacity, making it easy to transport and install in small workshops. The 50 W Pico fibre laser does not cause significant thermal alterations or deformation of the material being processed. The results are highly accurate and are able to meet the most demanding applications in sectors such as jewellery, watchmaking and medical devices. Marking, engraving and aesthetic processing are performed on finished pieces, so no further cleaning or polishing is required.

In BURST mode, the PICO laser offers its best performance on stainless steel and titanium. Engravings are achieved with exceptionally clean surfaces and extremely high detail quality. For deep engravings, significant time savings are achieved due to its efficiency in removing material.
3D Scan Pack: the evolution of laser marking on irregular or complex surfaces
3D Scan Pack, Sisma’s patented hardware and software solution, enables the recognition, automatic reconstruction and laser processing of rings, bracelets and any other oval or circular object. The main advantage lies in the possibility of machining parts with an unknown 3D model or that do not follow the theoretical design.
Mass production with Pattern Matching
Pattern Matching (PM) is an additional software functionality to CVS that allows automatic recognition of workpieces on the worktable and consequently precise and repeatable positioning and execution of machining operations (marking, engraving, cutting, etc.).
