BSP is a laser marking and engraving system with a robust structure thanks to its granite work top, which guarantees stability and process quality. It has 3 motorised axes races of 300 x 300 x300 mm and with 50 µm movement accuracy.
BSP may process workpieces up to 20 kg. The maximum dimension of marking area 180 x180 mm. BSP can be integrated with automatic and robotic storage systems.

This machine is suitable for: Jewelry and Industry

PRECISION AND REPEATABILITY
Highest quality standards for the most demanding applications.

INTEGRABILITY
Integrable with external elements.

CVS COAXIAL VISION SYSTEM
Perfect and repeatable centering.

FLEXIBLE AND INTEGRABLE SYSTEM
The BSP PICO features three motorized axes, expandable to five, with the option of machining on a turntable or a tilting spindle. Thanks to the coaxial vision system (CVS) and SISMA SLC³ the operator can easily and intuitively harness the machine’s full potential, reducing processing times and offering extensive customization options.

3D Scan Pack: the evolution of laser marking on irregular or complex surfaces
3D Scan Pack, Sisma’s patented hardware and software solution, enables the recognition, automatic reconstruction and laser processing of rings, bracelets and any other oval or circular object. The main advantage lies in the possibility of machining parts with an unknown 3D model or that do not follow the theoretical design.

Coaxial Vision System CVS
In the Coaxial Vision System (CVS), the viewpoint of the camera coincides with the optical path of the laser beam and allows the working area to be visualised directly in the programming software, greatly facilitating the job setup. Advantages:
– high precision and repeatability of centring,
– possibility of eliminating jigs or fixtures,
– possibility of laser re-machining on the same part to obtain the required depth or finish.
